Preparation
Briefly boil one portion = 80 g in approx. 300 ml water, put the lid on and simmer on low heat for five minutes - stir occasionally. Sweeten as desired with agave syrup, palm heart sugar or maple syrup.

Consumption: We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of the sweet, spicy jam, twice a day. Chyavanprash can be eaten directly with the spoon, as a spread or even as a topping. You can also enjoy it prepared with hot milk, as a delicious mixed drink.
