Ayurveda recommends a light, warm meal at the beginning of the day for vital energy in the morning. Sweet fruits, nutty seeds and Ayurvedic spices are finely tuned to the creative, flexible VATA type and ensure a good start to the day.
Preparation
Briefly boil one portion = 80 g in approx. 300 ml water, put the lid on and simmer on low heat for five minutes - stir occasionally. Sweeten as desired with agave syrup, palm heart sugar or maple syrup.
