Ayurveda recommends a light, warm meal at the beginning of the day for vital energy in the morning. Sweet fruits and Ayurvedic spices are finely tuned to the dynamic PITTA type and promote balance and harmony throughout the day.
Preparation
Briefly boil one portion = 80 g in approx. 300 ml water, put the lid on and simmer on low heat for five minutes - stir occasionally. Sweeten as desired with agave syrup, palm heart sugar or maple syrup.
