Traditionally, Palo Santo wood has been used by indigenous communities for its medicinal and spiritual healing powers. Even today, the sacred wood is used in Central and South America as a natural anti-anxiety remedy that has a relaxing effect and increases the flow of good energy. When inhaled, it goes directly to the olfactory system of the brain, where it helps to stimulate the body's healing response to counteract anxiety and sleep disorders.
Origin and sustainability
All the wood from this Palo Santo is obtained naturally by collecting fallen branches. The only way to take full advantage of the fallen branches is to give them a resting period of four to ten years on the forest floor. No trees are felled or damaged during this process.
The fallen branches are handpicked by local communities in Peru and Ecuador. The local business helps to support small farms and productive cooperatives in South America.

Since ancient times, Ayurveda has advocated the benefits of drinking copper water.
