This crisp breath is perfectly attuned to the Kapha constitution type. It is made from spelt and revitalised alpine water and is an organic product.

Preparation
Briefly boil one portion = 80 g in approx. 300 ml water, put the lid on and simmer on low heat for five minutes - stir occasionally. Sweeten as desired with agave syrup, palm heart sugar or maple syrup.
