Since ancient times, Ayurveda has advocated the benefits of drinking copper water. According to Ayurveda, when you store water in a copper vessel for a period of 4-12 hours (preferably overnight), the water becomes naturally alkaline. Preparation
Briefly boil one portion (80 g) in approx. 300 ml water, put on a lid and simmer over low heat for 20 - 30 minutes - stirring occasionally. Then add salt and butter or ghee to taste.
